Scope
These terms cover software you buy from Nightcoders through Lemon Squeezy. Any other work is governed by its own written agreement.
Digital products only
Products sold through Lemon Squeezy are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped.
Merchant of record
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and handles payment, tax, receipts, and the customer portal.
Licenses
SiteCheck Pro is a single-user commercial license from Nightcoders, LLC. You may use and modify SiteCheck Pro to audit sites you own or are authorized to test, including client sites, and deliver the reports it generates. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the toolkit (source, templates or checklist), original or modified.
The WordPress plugins are licensed under the GNU GPL v2 or later. A paid Pro license key from Nightcoders, LLC unlocks Pro features for one site and covers updates for the license year. SiteCheck Access bundles axe-core under the Mozilla Public License 2.0.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew yearly and can be cancelled any time from the Lemon Squeezy receipt or customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and the plugins fall back to their free tiers.

Results are informational
Product results are informational. They are not a security audit, penetration test, accessibility certification, or a guarantee of security, uptime, search ranking, or legal compliance. Automated accessibility scans do not guarantee ADA or WCAG compliance, or conformance with Section 508, EN 301 549, the European Accessibility Act, or any other law or standard.
No warranty
Software is provided as-is, without warranty, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
Liability is capped at the amount paid for the product in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
