Do you require on-site work?
No. Many engagements are hybrid or fully remote. We schedule on-site workshops in San Diego, Orange County, or Los Angeles when in-person collaboration clearly helps—discovery, training, or stakeholder-heavy sessions.
Is pricing different for remote vs. local clients?
We scope work from outcomes and constraints, not ZIP codes. Travel for on-site milestones is discussed up front when you want it; it is not a hidden surcharge.
Can you support national programs with distributed teams?
Yes. We use the same written cadence, demos, and decision logs for distributed sponsors as we do for local ones so alignment does not depend on shared office hours.
