Context

Local Jackpots pairs a consumer mobile experience with a public web presence. Products that span app stores and the open web have to agree on account expectations, branding, and what each surface is responsible for.

Overview

Nightcoders delivered native builds for iOS and Android alongside web work so marketing, support links, and app store listings point to a coherent story. Execution prioritized store submission requirements, session handling, and UX consistency across platforms.

Challenge

Mobile users expect polish on first launch; web visitors expect fast answers before they install anything. The program needed parallel release discipline—not two unrelated projects stitched together at the end.

Delivery approach

We aligned navigation metaphors, primary flows, and error handling patterns across native apps and the site. Release planning included signing, review cycles, and a practical definition of which defects block launch versus which belong in a post-v1 backlog.

Technical & operational notes

Native shells enabled platform-appropriate navigation, push and background considerations where in scope, and parity testing across device classes—not only flagship phones.
